The Bioenergetic Breathing Roller exerts gentle pressure on your back. You control this pressure by moving your back back and forth on the roller at your own pace, as is comfortable for you. First you sit with your back in front of the roller, your feet are parallel with the whole area of your feet on the floor. Then slowly lay your back back and onto the roller. Now move your back onto the areas that you want to put pressure on with your body weight. This deepens your breathing and relieves tension that is sometimes painful.

The roller is covered with dark blue cotton fabric, including approx. 3.5 cm foam. It has a diameter of 37 cm. The pad is designed to cushion your body weight.

The roller is, so to speak, the preliminary stage to working with the Breathing Stool, which exerts significantly more pressure on the back.

A new version is in development, which will be upholstered both inside and outside with fabric, eliminating the need for the wooden lid.
