The Bioenergetic Breathing Roll exerts gentle pressure on your back. You control this pressure by moving your back back and forth on the roll at your own pace, as is comfortable for you. First you sit with your back in front of the roll, your feet are parallel with the whole area of your feet on the floor. Then slowly lay your back back and onto the roll. Now move your back onto the areas that you want to put pressure on with your body weight. This deepens your breathing and relieves tension that is sometimes painful.
The roll is covered with dark blue cotton fabric, including approx. 3.5 cm foam. It has a diameter of 37 cm. The pad is designed to cushion your body weight.
The role is, so to speak, the preliminary stage to working with the Breathing Stool, which exerts significantly more pressure on the back.
